I have indeed made all these recipes, plus hundreds more. I sit around in my advanced youth experimenting with new recipes every day. Yesterday it was home-made, lower-calorie peach ice cream, today who knows? Thai baked chicken, I think....

Please observe that Thai chickens are the size of starving crows. My goodness, if you do this, PLEASE leave out the beaks and feet! (soup stock not-withstanding)
Bamboo shoots, lumpy rice, and a Thai-stick are a requirement (along with a good soft-wood fire to kill the smell) - drowned by Hennessey Cognac!
